		<description>this is really true. i do it a lot. except it&#039;s not to lose weight, it&#039;s just to be active, i happen to loose weight sometimes but with me i will feel all energized and happy one day so i&#039;ll go work out for 2 hours. then i&#039;ll feel good and do it again until i do it everyday for maybe a month or two. but one day something will catch my eye and i won&#039;t work out. then i won&#039;t then next day and so on...i always feel so good when i do, so why am i just stopping? it&#039;s weird.
